Just brewed a test batch (1 gallon) of belgium triple! My recipe Calls for 3 tablespoons of honey when bottling! So when I siphon my batch into bottling bucket do I add it then and let it mix? I can't imagine adding it any other way!
I would heat the honey with equal parts water on the stove to about 160F and stir well. It will mix in better this way...honey will sink to the bottom and be hard to mix into 65 degree beer.
