Maybe that's why I'm a bit confused. I have extra TC ports on my BK and HLT that I would like to use for TC Temp probes. They will be interfacing with Auberin 2352 PIDS. I'm just trying to figure out if they will work and if so, what cables I will need.
 
the ones you posted are just hollow tubes that you would put your sensor into.
 
The Auber PIDs use Thermocouples or RTDs. I don't believe BrewersHardware makes either.
