I have it d-resting now and will probably be ready to transfer for lagering tonight/tomorrow. I was going to move it straight to keg to store in the back of my keggerator for a while.
Do I need to chill both empty keg and lager before transferring? I read that a few places. Id rather just transfer then chill.
There is still some sediment on top and bottom of the primary. Do I really need to avoid transferring this stuff, or just suck it up and into the keg.
Thanks!
