He said to start with a small volume 1.010 room temp starter that has been oxygenated, then put in room temp dreggs and let is SIT without stirring for 2 days. then put it in a 1 liter 1.030 starter on the stirplate and I should have around 100 billion cells which is the amount you wanna pitch for brett

Hellzzzz ya my wife put the whole box in the fridge so they are cold about to crack one open thanks again. Next time I'll bet your azz some cheese :-D

I traded echeck $20 bucks for a pound of individual simcoe packs :D I need to get a damn vacuum sealer but I feel Id rather spend $50 on a couple 5 gallon brews instead :cross:

That's definitely not a bad one. Have you seen the seekabrew for PA vs GA? you guys get everything good we do and then some. Makes me think about moving to PA.

If you live in the Eastern half of the state! Us western PA folk might see your variety, and if we do, we're gonna get gouged on the good stuff! I mean $25 for a bottle of Supplication, $10 for a can of HT?
