After many years of slowly adding parts my tower gravity brew stand is finished. It has a base of about 3ft square and is about 7 feet tall with the HLT on top.

The burners are a turkey frier and a modified 3 burner camper stove. It takes about 40 minutes to heat water to 170ish for mash or I can heat part below and use a drill pump to move to HLT for quicker heating.

I have two Mash coolers: a 5gal round and a 12gal rectangle depending on the size of the beer.

One of the best things is the hook to hang my stir spoon over the boil kettle. I can't count the number of times I have knocked the spoon to the garage floor, especially when chilling and had to sanitize it before stirring again.

All my supplies pack onto the base so it does not take up a lot of room in the garage.
