I have a friend that's a new brewer and I'm trying to put together an extract IPA that has the general characteristics of TG's Pompeii.

I had it on tap last weekend and recall that it was hazy and light copper orange in color. Their website says nothing about malts, just that its all Mosaic hops.

Based on their website, Im targeting 60 IBU. I know ther Mosiacs have to be a combo of bittering, late hops, and likely unfiltered dry hops due to the haziness I recall.

For malts, I'm thinking

6lds light DME
1 lb Munich malt 10L
.33 lbs Caravienne 22L

OG = 1.058
SRM = 8

Any thoughts on malt bill based on experiences drinking this? I'm recalling malty, but still crisp and not much Carmel malt.
