Hey everyone,

I have a kolsch volcanoeing away, which i have already top cropped after 48 hrs. My buddy would like some yeast, so could i top crop again,4 days later?

Thanks
Barney

Subd. I've been wanting to try top cropping and want to know more about it. I have never done it, so I can't provide any advice. Looking forward to responses though. Cheers

Maybe I did it the wrong way. But, all I did was open and scoop with a sanitized spoon. Yeast was 1469 which stays on top a long time.
