3 gal cranberry wine finished too sweet and low ABV. Thinking to fortify and add water but body is excellent as is and don't want to water down. No more fermenting possible. Ideas???

What was your SG? How much ABV did you end up with? Yeast used?
 
When did you start it? Have you dosed with sorbate by chance? Addl fermentation is a possibility but depends on the answers to the questions in prior/this post.
