I have my first brew bottle conditioning. It's an American Wheat, I bottled last Sunday is it too early to sample one this weekend?

Certainly not! It may or may not be fully carbonated, but there is no harm in sampling one to find out. I think it helps to sample one each week or two to see how it develops when you are just getting started or making a style you haven't made before. The best way to learn is to experiment, right?

You can sample whenever you want :), its your beer. it will prob improve over the next couple weeks, but could have some carbonation by now. If it seems flat give it another week. Either way flavor should keep improving as it conditions more.

Very true!! I may have to throw one in the refrigerator tonight for a Sunday sampling!

It's definitely clearing nicely. There is a thin sediment layer on the bottom of the bottles.

Heck no. Your first brew, good job letting it age this far.

It'll definitely be better in a month, but enjoy! Congrats, BTW.
