almost two weeks ago i bottled my stouts. i had 2 large screw top bottles that i was going to bring to work for a beer tasting-... i had immediately stuck the 2 bottles in the beer fridge-...
is this going to lead to flat beer as the yeast may go dormant?
if so, is there any hope in removing them from the fridge to reactivate carbonation?
is it going to result in an off flavor?
is it going to make that big of a differance?
