Too much yeast?

Its late here, almost 1am, and I just got my beer into the closet. I'm making a 2.5 gallon batch using my Better Bottle as my fermentor. I used a packet of dry yeast for a 5 gallon batch. While cleaning up I realized I forgot to use only half of the yeast. Will having that much yeast be a bad thing?

Consensus seems to be that most of the time most of us do not pitch enough yeast. You just did which puts you in the minority but you most likely will have better beer than most of us.
