Hello

I made my wine of fresh grape it is ( 13 litter )

I add ( 8 cup ) of suger .. and one spoon of yeast

I am in primary fermentation .. In ( 12th day )

But i test my wine it is littel sweet

Can i re add yeast to make sure all suger will be eaten and convert to alcohol ?

What was the starting Brix of that juice? 8 cups is a ton of sugar in 13 liters. You don't need more yeast, it will ferment out, just takes time...unless the alcohol gets too high and kills it. If you started with much over 25-26 Brix that alcohol could stall your yeast.

So my wine will be ok if i keep it long time in primary fermentation ?
