I am selling my Willamette, Summit, crystal hops for $40 per 11 pound box (selling by the standard 11b box). This equates to about $3.64 a pound (again, selling by the 11b box for $40). They are very viable and have been stored cold in nitrogen sealed boxes. They are all hop union package hops. We are making room in her cooler for other types of hops.plenty of boxes of each if you are interested.

Put me down for a pound of crystal and a pound of willamette...
Where in Indiana are you?

I think the OP means he's selling 11# boxes, not by the pound.

OP, if I'm wrong, let me know, I'd take a # (or more) of each! And, as Kart said, what year?

Very interested in willamette and crystal, what year are these from?

I am indeed selling by the box. Yes, I know more suited towards pro brewer but I have a decent amount I need to move out of my cooler to make room for others. Space is precious.

Shipping to Canada prolly sucks - otherwise I'd jump in for wilamette and summit!

Shipping #s in flat rate boxes would be so cool for the community. And you could probably charge $7/ea to make it worth your time and still clean house quick. But it's your ad. Good luck on the sale and happy brewing!

Yeah, you will be hearing from me as soon as work and life gives me a long enough break to plan a drive your direction.

i am considering it! I do have a foodsaver we can seal them up with.. let me work on it in the next week or so, and until then--see if I can make a dent on my storage rack in the cooler :) -

Interested to know this as well...

The industry standard is packing in 11lb packs (I did not know this until I started brewing on a large scale)... therefore, it is a sealed package of the same hop in one container. There are larger size packages too, but it seems that they start with this 11lb package... I have some 44lb packs of hops too -- but I think those may not go well here!!

what do you have in 44 lbs, and how much for the box? No need to ship, Friend owns a nano in Indiana probably an hour to an hour and a half away from you.

Sheesh, why ask for rates when you can look 'em up on line! :) USPS folks!! I bet you can get up to 4# in one of those boxes- I've stuffed 'em full for my college daughter (not with hops mind you!)

Credit out to Jwin for suggestion, now if HBC is up for this little operation here, I'm in for a few pounds for sure! So I'll wait for the word.

Cheers!

I Have chec saaz in the 44lb and sell for $125 for the box- multiple boxes of those..and we can connect wt your buddies nano...which one?

I'm in for 11# of summit hops, but I need them shipped.

Let me know zip if you have not. USPS online priority shows online pricing (better than at post office counter) use those prices with my zip code 46126 and use 12lbs for the full box as weight.

All- It will be very difficult for me to track orders direct in forum, therefore once ready just pm me or email [email protected] - I would prefer shipping post office since I have one in walking distance.

Note: we also need to clean out Crystal and Summit hops (same year crop), and the large (44lb) boxes of chec saaz...note: I hate breaking packs now since it will decrease viability...alphas still very usable in all as I have sent them out for lab testing.. However, I will evaluate as stated and consider breaking into smaller packs soon...for now, 11lb boxes.

Well, I have not heard of you either, aren't you nice!...a bit of quick research on town and acronym and I bet you can figure out who or what I do for a living.
I'm not sure what your profession has to do with this, but I wish you much success with your brewery. I am indeed nice, I appreciate when people take notice.

In terms of not hearing from me, please see the quote from my post previously left for you in your for sale thread below. Following that declaration of my intent to purchase, I had no heard from you until you response, which does come off as a bit snarky. Still, would you like to sell 11 pounds of summit to me? I hoped to have kept it easy providing an intent to buy and keeping with the amount you proposed. I am happy to PP you funds upon your request. I have sent an email to you as well, as you have requested.

Unfortunately, you won't likely know what I do for a living if you google me. ;) Best of luck with your brewery though.

Okay, I think I have sent paypal invoices to all that have sent a note.. please forgive, and let me know if I have missed someone.. just a reminder.. we have Summit, Crystal, Willamette 11lb boxes @ $40 per box, and Chec saaz at $125 per box.. shipping on the 11lbs is usually in the $9-12 range per box.. We still have plenty of each left.
