I pitched my s-05 today on 10 gal of American IPA. I pitched while filling my primary cornies. My temp. was running fine when I checked it on the first cornie but my plate chiller had a hangup midway through the second and I didnt notice untill I had already pitched. I pitched at 106, do you think this killed the yeast?
 
Nope. I rehydrate Us-05 at 105F. I would worry more about fermenting too hot at this point.
