Too dry or not enough? PIX

I dried these out (Harvested too early though ) My question is, how do you know if they're too dry or not dry enough?

It's a 1 QT ziplock bag.

The hops are dry when the inner stem of the cone (strig) is brittle and breaks rather than bends. The strig takes much longer to dry than the bracts, so be patient.
