I finished 5 gallons of mead and racked it to secondary, intending on splitting it into 5 batches for flavoring with fruits and spices(as i have done before). For some reason, I had a complete lapse of judgment and went and stabilized it. I usually rack it to secondary over fruit for a month or so then strain, stabilize, and bottle. My question is - am I screwed and need to just bottle it all now or can I still add fruit and let it steep? How long can stabilized mead sit for? My hope is maybe I can add the fruit, fill the headspace with bottled co2, and let it sit?

You're not screwed. You can still add fruit, it just won't ferment. I know a guy who makes a berry melomel that way. He starts with a high gravity mead and adds berries + their juice in secondary. Two weeks is the usual time for when fruit gives up what they have.
