To use or not to use?

Three weeks ago or so I made a starter with the intentions of brewing that weekend but life happened. I put it in the fridge. Should I use it or dump it? It's Scottish 1728. It's been in the erlynmeyer flask with the foam stopper since I put it in the fridge.
 
May want to decant and pour it into fresh wort to get the yeast active again but otherwise you should be fine
