The first week in August, I brewed an AHS Special Holiday Ale (mini mash) & an AHS Pumpkin Ale (mini mash).

The Holiday Ale (brewed 8/2);
3/4 lb. Crystal 60L
2 1/2 lb. 2-row malt
2 oz. Chocolate malt
5 lb. Extra Pale Extract
1 oz. Mt. Hood (60 minutes)
1/2 oz. Saaz (15 minutes)
1/2 oz. Saaz (5 minutes)

OG - 1.054
Gravity at 8/13 - 1.020
Gravity at 8/25 - 1.020 (stirred up the yeast)

I just checked the gravity again & it's still sitting at 1.020 after a month since stirring up the yeast. It's supposed to finish at 1.012. Right now the ABV is 4.45% currently. I'd really like this bottled & matured by Christmas. Do I bottle now or buy & pitch more yeast?

The Pumpkin Ale is the exact same situation;
Brewed 8/5

1 1/4 lb. 2-row Malt
1 1/4 lb. Vienna Malt
1/2 lb. Caramunich
1/2 lb .Crystal 60L
4 lb. Pumpkin (baked for 30 minutes)
4 lb. Extra Pale Extract
1 lb. Munich Extract
1/2 oz. Yakima Golding (60 minutes)
1/2 oz. Yakima Golding (15 minutes)
pumpkin spice pack (5 minutes)

OG - 1.052
Gravity at 8/13 - 1.02
Gravity at 8/25 - 1.018 (stirred up the yeast)

I just checked the gravity a minute ago and it's still stuck at 1.018 and it's supposed to be finishing at 1.013

I wanted this one to be bottled and conditioned for Thanksgiving. Help?

Not like this means anything but these were my first attempts at a mini mash. I've always done all extract kits and wanted to give this method a shot. It didn't seem difficult at all but for some reason won't hit the final gravity.

Mini mash might mean something significant. If your mash temperature was off by a few degrees it might have made more non-fermentables than the recipe intended. You may have hit your FG.
