So I have a pale ale that has been in primary for 17 days and it has reached its FG of 1.012. This was my frist brew in eight years. The only mistake I think I may have made is not rinsing the bleach I used for sanitizing good enough. So ideally I would wait a full three weaks which would be four days later. But, its X-mas tomorrow and weather here is terrible and frankly I have nothing better to do. I would really like to clear up the six gallon carboy to brew some beer on my day off on Friday. So I guess the question is: Will four days of conditioning make that big of a difference? I never took the OG on this beer...

If it tastes really good I don't think I would worry about the bleach not being rinsed properly... I'm just a beginner though... maybe someone experienced could confirm.

Merry Christmas!

Wow...dead tie in the voting!
I went for now because 1)you've had the same FG for 3 days and 2)you need the equipment to brew again. I'd think the only thing is you might have a tiny bit more sediment in your bottles, but I'd go for it.

Bottle it, it should be fine as long as the FG has held steady.

do not shortcut the bottle time, at least 21 days...
