I am planning on using using Santa Cruz Organic White Grape Juice as an adjunct ingredient in a upcoming brew.

From what I can gather, this stuff is legit, no preservative, non gmo, organic, nothing added, steam pasteurized, nothing but water and grapes.

So my question is, would you boil prior to addition to brew.
I want to add it to Pri-Ferm in order to impart as much flavor as possible.

Opinions please...

Boiling will also set the pectins causing permanent haze. Do as recommended above and keep in mind that the juice will dilute the "maltiness" of your beer and make the beer thinner in body, you may want to adjust your recipe to compensate. Higher mash temp and some maltodextrine, oats, or wheat could do it.
