Not those either, you're running out of pale-colored beverages!

Hint: it's in part three :)

That's the one! Yes, I know it's not technically beer, but this brew has a pretty strong malt and hop presence and tastes almost like apple beer. Which, of course, it is. :fro:

Next time I'm gonna dry hop the heck out of a batch, and use C60 instead.

Make a mini mash for the grain by heating 1.5 gal strike water to 170F and mash for 45 min (I used BIAB). Then boil for 30 min, adding the hops with 20min left. Cool the wort then rack onto 4 gal apple juice.

1.054 OG
1.008 FG
8 IBU
8 SRM
6.1% ABV

3.5 lb 2-Row
0.5 lb Caramel/Crystal 120L
1.0 oz Torrified Wheat
0.5 oz Cascade pellets (8.5%AA) 20 min
4 gal. Apple Juice
Safale US-05

Sounds pretty good. I might give that recipe a try.
OK, I'm new to posting on here, so let me know if you can't see the pic.

I was looking for the style, but I'm going to give it to MrFeltimo for the Boddingtons guess, since it is a commercial example of the correct style. It's a Standard/Ordinary Bitter. I went over my target OG, so technically it's more of a Special/Best/Premium Bitter, which I also would have accepted.
Sorry MedicMang, I would have accepted mild as well.
