Brewed the Boundary Waters Wheat from MW, added 2 lbs of honey gradually starting with 15 mins left in the boil to 10 mins left. Its been sitting in the primary (not doing secondary) for exactly a month and the airlock still bubbles ever so slowly, maybe every minute or two. Is this still fermenting or should I go ahead and bottle?
OG was 1.032, supposed to be 1.04 but I don't think I mixed up the top off water very good
Did take a FG reading but looks like I forgot to write it down
Supposed to be 1.009-1.013, but will adding honey raise that? Thanks
