Planning to brew my first lager. Made an appropriately sized starter as per mr malty last week and crashed it in the fridge once done fermenting on Friday. Due to some life circumstances (car accident I'm fine but my back is really sore) I'd rather wait a few days until I'm feeling better to brew. Any issues leaving it in the fridge and waiting another week?

I did my first lager last summer and did something similar... One day on sir plate, one day crashed, decanted and then stepped up for another day, and then about five days in the fridge while I had to go out if town. Didn't do anything to it before pitching except warming up to ferm temp and decanting again... Split it (wlp838) between a five gal Oktoberfest and a one gal BoPils, and both fermented well.

Not sure about a more than a week (in my experience), but if you want to be sure though, you could always get it primed/started again with some wort or DME (like making another starter) and make sure it's still healthy and ready to get to work...

Take the opportunity to double the starter, canning half for the next time?
