I made this a few weeks ago... what do you think?

10lbs munich 10
4lbs pale malt
.5lb extra special malt
.5lb C60L
.5lb melanoidin
>5lb oatmeal

1oz ctz FWH
1oz ctz 15min
1oz cascade 5min
.5oz bitter orange peel FO

mashed at 150 for 60 min
boil 60min
1 pack of nottingham at 66
 
I think it will work well. With the maltiness from the Munich and somewhere around 50 IBUS it will be pretty balanced and full flavored, not just a big bitter hop bomb. If I changed anything it would be to just add the cascade at FO with the orange peel, get a little more flavor/aroma out of it.

Also I assume it is > .5lbs oatmeal, not 5 lbs?
