I spoke to Enegren and they said we wouldn't have to get a whole pallet if we wanted bags from Weyermann. Here is a link to the malts carried by them.

Did you see my note about the weyermann malt? I am guessing it would be around $35-$40 for any of those 55lb sacks

That does look nice. I was going to do a few sacks of American pale, and there English pale might work out nicely. I was hoping for a sack of some white wheat, but it doesn't look like they carry anything similar. If we decide to go this route, without filling a pallet, I can fill my order from them. I'll have to check with my brother though.
