I'm wanting to brew something light for my BMC friends. I do not have a way to lager, so im going to use kolsh yeast and ferment as cool as possible.
4.5# pilsner malt
4.5# 2 row
1# flaked corn
1.75oz saaz (60)
.5oz. Saaz (10)
Mash at 150 for 60 min
Boil for 90 min
