Not sure how much lemonjuice or zest i should add. Anyone with experience? I want a citrusy IPA

Tell me what you think!

Never used lemon zest or juice, only orange zest. Your hop blend is certainly citrusy. Bu have you considered Motueka hops from New Zealand? They have a lemon/citrus profile. Motueka however is not as strong as Citra and Amarillo and would be more of a supporting player in your recipe. Depends on how much you'd like to experiment.

I'd look up the grapefruit IPA recipes and use them as a guide. Zest would help you out a lot, but lemon juice doesn't seem like it'd add much other than acidity.

How much zest is alright to use? I think ill swap the juice to concentrate cause i want a small punch of acidity to balance up the hop sweetness.

I found the Azzaca hops to be very lemony/lemongrass. It would be a good addition or substitution to this recipe.
