Hello,
My name is Alex and I started brewing late last year to gain a better appreciation of all the craft beers I enjoy. To date my experience has been casual, where I have mostly relied on existing recipes. I am however, starting to experiment into recipe formulation. I'm excited to really begin learning now that I've finished up my distracting university degree.
