Third batch

My third batch just got to the third week in the bottles and turned out great. Brewers Best Imperil Blonde turned out better then expected. Can't wait to try something new but plan to stick with the simple stuff for at least a couple more batches. Have an amber ale in the fermenter now but not sure which one to try next. Great site and a ton of good info.

The thing I'm trying to keep in mind in planning my future batches is what the weather will be doing around the time the beer should be ready. Having a stout mature in the middle of August isn't as appealing to me as something along the lines of a pale ale. To each their own, but its just what I'm trying to do.
