Third batch racked

Just racked our third batch into the secondary. We did a Kolsch kit it has a great flavor and a ABV of 5.1 per our calcs. We paid attention on this batch. We'll bottle in a week and get ready for our next brew. Still having fun🍻

Were there any brews in particular you had in mind when you went with the kolsch?

I just had a metropolitan krankshaft this weekend and I must admit, Im interested in brewing one. Could be a good one to brew in april and lager until summer.

A buddy of mine suggested it. We are new to brewing and plan on doing a number of ale kits until we go into mini mashes,and mashes just to get our techniques down and decide which direction we take. I'd like to Lager,but don't have the ability at this time to be able to control the temperature.
