I have bought a real home brew kit as apposed to the Mr. Beer that I started with. I still have two more Mr. Beer recipe kits left. Can I use these Mr beer kits in my new home brew setup? And also can I stretch out my Mr Beer two gallon recipe kit to a five gallon Batch? Might be a dumb question but I want to use this setup to its full ability but do not want to waste thew two recipes I have left.

Sure you can! :rockin:

Just pickup some extra malt extract and hops. This is an oversimplification, but most extract recipes have about 5.5 pounds of dry extract, or 7 pounds of liquid. As for hops: 1 oz of bittering, and 1 oz of aromatic will do the trick.

Liquid yeast would be another thing to look into. Steeping grains would be the next step up, highly recommend for adding color and flavor, and easy to do.
