I'm fairly new to home brewing. I ve made a couple kits and done a couple on my own. I was wondering if someone could kinda help me to figure out where to start with amounts.
This is what i need i was just wondering if anyone has a idea on what to start with for a 5 gallon batch and what yeast do you think would be best?
ABV: 10.7% OG: 22.3 FG: 3.2
HOPS: Bravo, Chinook, Centennial, Citra-dry hop
MALTS: Maris Otter
