A lot of the stuff at the beginning is a lot of fluff. It represents the initial setup that doesn't play into the beer itself. I didn't clear out the data before I put it into the fermenter. The key stuff is the dark blue line and the dark red line. Trying to warm up the beer to get the fermentation back in temp range again.

Enjoyed the graph. Would be fun to see if/how any of the data affects the beer taste. Definite upgrade to avoid taking samples and less oxygen too.

I don't think it will change the flavor of the beer. It's more of a metric to let you know when your beer is done. Eliminates the need to take a sample at the end to see if it is done. It takes the guess work out.

And did you say 10" of snow? Aye carumba! We are getting a dusting to 4" between tonight and tomorrow afternoon. It should make for an interesting ride to work tomorrow.

Yep at least ten I think. All businesses closed but mine today. It was an intense drive for sure

Good luck to you with your weight and not drinking beer. My keg (big belly) will only go away when I stop drinking beer....and well....that's not gonna happen.

Sounds like a tough ride to work. When schools close here delivering is a joke. Pretty much you load up and hope you don't get stuck anywhere.

This last week has still been insane with deliveries. Stop the madness!!!!

Today was the easiest day since a week before Thanksgiving. I delivered 107 stops.

1/4 of my route was off because that area you drive about 5 miles between stops. I refuse to do that.

I like areas that are densely populated and deliveries get done fast

So I might brew next week but remembered the kids have a half day on Monday.

Although they would love to brew with me. Might do it but that means I need all ingredients tomorrow since my shop is closed on Mondays.

Glad to hear you got a little respite keno. Whatya going to brew?! Need to brew myself and pick up 50lbs of grain. Im all out

I made a tasty gose last year might do that, but never got to hbs so looks like not gonna brew this week.

I also want to make a small batch of a light beer for the summer but I think if I make a 3 gallon batch that would be good.

Thought about a pilsner but never lagered a beer.

I did an October fest but used a ale yeast instead was still tasty and fooled some people.

Never bought any grains in bulk yet. I do think about it but I can just walk to my HBS and pickup anything I need as long as its Tue-Sat

I pay 34 for 50 pounds of 2 row. It is hard to beat. I also warm ferment lagers. These beers end up costing me about $0.30 a beer.

Yea can't beat that. I have been making large yeast starters and saving some for future yeast starters. Been working so far except for the varieties I forgot to label....

I've only done 1 lager so far used 34/70 and an accelerated schedule.
