I understand its been quiet ken, What happens when its not quiet! Sounds like a really interesting job. I am totally clueless as to what your job is or looks like etc. Wish I would have paid more attention in school

Danstar Windsor starter is now rolling. I kept calling is Moose Slobber, but it is Caribou Slobber, which is a clone of Moose Drool. :D
 
They have a really good IIPA called Harry Doesn't Mind. It's a NEIPA. I should be able to pick up a growler of it in a week or two from my nearest LHBS. It's a two hour round trip, but it is the closest one to me. Plus, they have almost everything I need for ingredients.

Congrats, somewhere in the beginning of this thread I said I would supply a prize for the 1000 post so pm me your address!! It might be a week until it goes out because I'm waiting on something to show up in the mail.
 
I am!! Besides plain ham I made scrambled eggs and ham, hash brown casserole with ham, ham salad and just finished up a pot of split pea soup with HAM! Told the wife I think we need to get a little smaller ham next time"
