Yes. Removes all dissolved solids. Not sure about calcium and chloride levels. I do need to have it tested both ways.

SlyFox is out of Pottstown, Pa. I'm not sure what there distribution area is. I like their one IPA so I figured I would try their Xmas beer. It's okay I prefer my hb "mistress for Xmas"

Yes single cut is good. I think there is a NYC club that hosts a comp usually judged there.

I had SingleCut in CT at a local establishment. Twice. Both times so very good. There is a place I can get it in growlers, I just need to be at right place and time. They are also canning it as well. Keeping my ears out for this to happen.
