I wish it was similar. Is it really that hard to find good beer in a college town, or are you spoiled by living in arguably the best beer city in the state?College Station... Similar wasteland?

We have really good chicharrones and tortillas here, though. So that's nice.
Make sure to let it warm up first.Bought the last 4pk at Spec's on Fry Rd in Katy
Cracked one with the wife, first impression is soy sauce. Really disappointed.
It didn't improve. There was a tangy quality to it as well. Sharp and acidic. Autolized yeast. I've definitely had better vintages of the same beer.Make sure to let it warm up first.

I don't know. I just randomly wandered in and asked. Didn't inquire about the varieties because I figure they would have already been long gone.did they get anything aside from regular bcbs?
I also wonder for beers with so much being released if they dump all the barrels into 1 massive Brite tank or if they do multiple dumping and bottlings. Anyone know?
Very interesting, I had the 13.8% beer. Weird tartness to it as well. Good to see some clarification on this. With such a massive distribution I would have expected multiple bottlings.Multiple bottlings. I have two 4-packs with different dates and abvs. All of this years bottlings are also less alcohol, last year was 14.9% and the two I have from this year are 14.4% and 13.8%.
Dude if I had your palate I wouldn't even drink beer. I probably wouldn't even eat much food.Very interesting, I had the 13.8% beer. Weird tartness to it as well. Good to see some clarification on this. With such a massive distribution I would have expected multiple bottlings.
Nice new avatar! If any Houston'ers missed out on regular BCBS, PM me. I know a place getting a case tomorrow. Limit 1x 4 pack per person. $25 per. I'll also tell you where they're hiding it.
It'll probably hit later in the morning/afternoon, so don't worry if you don't see this till tomorrow.
If I can get a 4 pack (with pretty much 0 effort because I'm lazy and poor), I'll hook you up. I already got taken care of and want to pass it along.well **** since all my austin peeps dont give a **** maybe ill drive to houston with a broken leg to get that deal
Mebe I hold on to my Cantillon then...I'm told there may be a second wave in Houston, especially of coffee.
