I think everyone who had it at the 5th Anniversary Party can attest to how amazing this beer is (and I imagine it's gotten way more sour with time)

I'd recommend drinking it rather than aging it though, if the last batch of Wild Bear is any indication (horrible diacetyl infection in all bottles I've had this year)

It'll be worthwhile if they get some better local keg choices. $5 delivery on kegs ain't bad.
 
Alright. I'm posting this in this thread, and the Texas thread. I lost a big trade box to DrLoveMD today. I'm hoping a few of y'all can help me replace some of these bottles. I'll make sure you're well rewarded in beer and/or money. If you have multiple bottles off the list, I'd be interested in sending a rare bottle or two in exchange for multiples off the list. We can also discuss other options of glassware, lambic, etc. I'm open to pretty much anything it takes to take get my boy taken care of.

I can throw a coffee into the box I'm sending. Not sure how long you have til the replacement needs to go out

Just want to get it to him before his wedding in September. There was also a De Garde Loak in that box that was for him :/

Yep. They destroyed it all except for 2 JK wine glasses. We tried every option but they insisted it was illegal alcohol and had to be destroyed. I need to start putting dick pics in all my trade boxes and mark the bottles as horse semen.

Edit: I filed a claim and had to resist marking the contents as "human semen". Because that was an option...I put agricultural/mineral water samples.

I make a fake invoice for "Happy Jester Marinade Co" (since peeps usually want JK) and place it on top of the styro shipper then tape the **** out of the shipper and make sure that is inside a garbage bag.

If you need Nocturn, I believe I should be able to make it out to the brewery this weekend. Got PayPal? My only concern is getting the bottles to ya... I can either hold them till you come to ATX next time or just send a label. Happy to help DrLoveMD ... He was super helpful when we visited Denver last year.

This community (especially the Texans!!!) is incredible. To date, I've received SEVEN offers to help replace various beers from DrLoveMD's box. Ranging from nothing more than a shipping label to "send whatever in return".

Absolutely stunned and humbled by y'all's generosity.

All I need now to finish off is
