Good corned beef is good, especially house made. Same goes for the kraut. I used to think the same thing until I had the good stuff.

Really do need to make some pastrami - perhaps post Woodshop since we need to cure the brisket first. Swiss cheese is what I can't stand about a Rueben not sure why people like that ****. I have way too much kraut please help pugsandsuds
