I went to hazard to see it. First time since they remodeled. 445 showing. To get to Hazard the best way for me is usually Ebers to W. Pt Loma to the 8 east. 8 to mission center, mission north past the Best Buy and under bridge then right on friars. Hazard right there on the right. Easy peasy. But at close to rush hr getting on the 8 s a rookie move! So instead it's best to take the Ebers to the W. Pt Loma then instead of getting on the 8 you merge onto the sea world drive and take that until you make a right onto the friars and hold that past the pf changs until the hazard is on your the right. Boom. You're there.

Pt Loma to, Nimitz, then the OB Bike Path. empties onto Hotel Circle, turns into Camino de La Reina, make a left onto Mission Center past the Best Buy and left onto Hazard Center Drive. Hazard right there on the right. Easy peasy. Driving is a rookie move, so instead it's best to take your bike. Don't forget your U-Lock.

#TalkCoffee - What's the latest MT coffee I should be on the lookout for?
They just posted about some barrel-aged bean that got a 94 or something in Coffee Review. BBA Kenya Kirinyaga I think?

I've been getting all my coffee beans from Onyx Coffee lately; the local options aren't really cutting it as of late. The MT beans are great, but I've had issues with longevity of their product.

Wife picked me up Burundi from James (she got it at Heartworks) and I was really happy with it. Unfortunately I just finished it off this morning otherwise I could have made you some tonight.

BA beans are fun to try but after going through a bag I'm just looking for regular ol' coffee beans. Might have to just get some Black House and call it good. Or maybe something from Dark Horse if I stop by B&V this weekend.

Friends -

I'm sure you're all aware of the shooting that took place in La Jolla. Some piece of garbage decided to shoot up a poolside BBQ and ended up killing an innocent mother of three. Turns out she is the daughter of one of my friends whom I've worked with for quite a while.

There's already a pretty successful GoFundMe going on, but we'd like to add to it a little bit if we can - so another co-worker has setup a Razzle. Please give a look, and donate if you can.

The following is reposted from a Facebook post on SD Beer Friends.
Done...bumping this thread to remind folks to support this cause.

Continuing in the hazy beer realm, PP Solana Beach's Hazy AF is appropriately named (and delicious). On at bressi finally

Curious how it's drinking at around 3ish weeks old now.

So the Pure Project / Moonraker collab Clouds of Delusion is actually pretty tasty.

Every time I write off Pure Project they produce something that sucks me back in. I'm also a trustee for someone so I gotta go there anyways for pickups, but yeah....
Moonraker makes incredible beers, I am sure that didn't hurt,.
