Just saw that over the weekend. Surprised just how much I enjoyed it. Used to be a huge Star Wars nerd when I was a kid, and delved hardcore into the extended lore. Rogue One put me right back into that childhood mentality.
Yeah, my work didn't take us to see it, so I never got around to it. Picked up the Blu Ray and damn - awesome movie. Beer might have helped tho

watching Rogue One last night.

I need to see that still. Sage yes calm down.

Speaking of the Saw franchise...I think it was the second one...but when that chick had to reach in a box of syringes

it me.

Lots of people have issues with some of the plot elements, but the original trilogy isn't exactly a masterpiece by any means either. The world is still incredible, and dose dogfights, mercy me

Next up: Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 2

FTFY
I'm all for understated nuance in flavor, but that's just silly.
It was two types of vanilla beans. Madagascar and Mexican. Amount of beans was roughly estimated to be about one pound per bourbon barrel.

I was aware of the apparent re-writes and re-shoots - I swear when Jyn was talking to Saw, you could tell it was totally different shoots that they edited together.

powz87 You still on for Toro Tuesday next week? Any other plans?
****, I forgot to show up yesterday to see if we can still pop bottles.

R1 > Ep 7
Agree

Also agree. I also didn't like Saw at all, thought he was overacted as ****

I was hyped because he was a Clone Wars character, and it's cool that they're taking so much from that series. But I wish he didn't go out like such a bitch.
I'm not sure what it is about Clone Wars, but I just can't get into it. Is it worth powering through?

There is some really good stuff in there. I hear Rebels is good as well, but I haven't watched it. I got in to it because I worked on a Clone Wars game. Got to go up to Lucasfilm in SF and everything - it was very cool.

Societe with you. Lager house with you and Ben. Padres game Wednesday night. Other than that no real plans. I'm the worst at plans until someone makes them for me. I sent crowlers to Ben for us to bang though.
Lager house = Eppig? Then I'm in for that.

Also lol, we're going to the Pads game next Wednesday as a work thing too. See you there?

I hardly see any movies in theaters any more. Star Wars EP 7 was the last one I saw.
I'm with you on this. I have a large TV, plenty of beer, a great sound system, comfortable seats and can pause it if I want to grab a snack, another beer or hit the head. I no longer care if I see something before everyone else spoils either, so that's out as motivation.

Just aren't a lot of compelling reasons for me to watch a movie in theaters these days, outside of my wife enjoying the experience.

Edwards' RPX screenings are usually worth it if it's a "big, loud movie". I am a HT nerd too ( Paradigm Prestige speakers, SVS subs, 105" projected etc ) but certain movies demand the real big screen.

No link yet, but will keep you posted.

Also for sale will be Mexican Chocolate MP and cans of their Cellarmaker collab, Clear and Present Dankness.
If you get an extra of MC I'd be down for a bottle. I saw it was a club only beer.
