I just can't see those guys making mediocre beer but maybe they just don't care anymore. Also Untappd isn't exactly the best place to look as I rather have people on here and other people I know give me feedback. Since Phischy is a BJCP judge, it would be cool to get that perspective on their beers.
That's random.

I got the "you might get" email, but did not get said email. Probably for the best. So much conflict. This batch of expo is my favorite (I know we say this almost every batch...but srs.) Broken Tiles is back, new era Alpine banger. Got the protip that Duet on a couple weekends ago was brewed up the hill. Such a great beer when it's allowed to be. Haven't had a drop of Duet since the first big batch in Mira Mesa.

New ownership has a great opportunity but not optimistic.

Extra layer of ****** feels when friends are involved. Great beer still being made up there. Let it shine.
You mean Michael Hinkley instead of Mike Hinkley?

Drank this hand delivered juice...

Wootstout is so much smoother at 11%.
Interesting, I really only remember trying the first batch, I know I had a bottle of the second but I don't remember trying it. I like they are offering smaller format bottles on these "seasonal" releases. I may need to lift my self imposed stone boycott.

It's Comic-Con week, which means I will be drunk Downtown Wed-Sun. Any interesting places open this past year that I should know of?

Sadly no free tickets this year since the older sister shifted to the LA convention center (and of course told me the weekend after that she could have gotten me E3 tickets......*sigh*), so I won't be there this year. She use to get me a free pair of tickets, let me use her parking spot at the convention center, and would also have security walk us into panels so we could skip the lines.

Almost thinking I might not even do my MT pickup this weekend since that would put me really close to downtown.

I have started poppin in NPBC around last call on weekends, particularly Sundays. Most breweries close up earlier on Sundays.

But yeah I do not North Park much. Lately its more Burning Beard, Groundswell, Societe, Pure, Pizza Port, Modern Times. All depends on the day of the week. Main training ride goes out east so usually stop in to those spots and then sunday coastal cruise usually stop by Pizza Ports and MT. Alpine on most Saturdays if my riding through, which I usually am.

Too many drivers trying to kill you in the greater North Park/Hill Crest area.

Good seeing some of you at Hammies last night for some delicious Bagby Beer. I miss that place...

That Helles collab with Benchmark is the ****.

I've irresponsibly turned Sunday evenings at Toronado into a routine if you ever want to make a second stop

Ah cool, I'll keep that in mind. Wonder what they'd do if I just wheeled my bike and parked it in the other side. I basically have given up on going to places that require me to lock my bike up outside.
