I am surprised the city puts up with that b.s. Drinking in public, clogging up sidewalks, posting up infront of residential areas. I am guessing it is a complete mess there once the line dissipates.

If the concern is keep it local, just do a very short pick up window.

How do the people past the half way mark think they're going to get cans? Shouldn't local police be having a record month on open container citation/ intoxication arrests? And don't get me started on the whole empty chair thing.

I heard that OtherHalf actually cut off the line around 8am and mentioned that anyone past that point might not get cans. But this was info passed 3rd hand, so who knows how legit that is.

I do believe there was at least a week's notice. 3 cans were released. 2 OH/Monkish and then 1 OH/Monkish/Trillium

NYC has a small handful of breweries producing canned hoppy beer that is as good or better than OH, and without the shitshow. These lines are ******* dumb, and I'm of the opinion that OH enjoys/invites the hype-based shitshow. However, as long as these people keep lining up at OH, that's one less morning they can spend clogging up the other, much more laid back spots. So I hope they release some canned hoppy collab beer every week.

But you're right, even with the good stuff NYC does have, we don't have a Pizza Port.
