Someday I'll have a brewery and bar devoted almost exclusively to saisons, but for now I have my basement, which now features eight saisons on tap, four of which are homebrew. Current lineup of tap handles (and also glassware of course!):
1. Saison Dupont
2. Ambrosia Dionysus #3: blended oak aged saison.
3. Saint Somewhere / Blaugies / De La Senne / Thiriez Fraternité
4. Ambrosia Lemon Guava: Petit Brett saison aged in oak barrels and then refermented atop lemon guava.
5. Ambrosia Demeter Auran: Saison with orange zest, rose hips, and citrusy hops.
6. Ambrosia Demeter Passsion: Demeter Auran refermented with passion fruit purée.
7. De La Senne Taras Boulba
8. Stillwater Classique
I also have a saison with lime zest, Nelson Sauvin, and Hallertau Blanc ready to go as soon as one of these kegs kicks.
I'm brewing up another 20-gallon batch this weekend so I'll be restocked before too long. This one will be traditional with pilsner and flaked wheat, around 30 IBUs from low-alpha hops, and small additions of Saaz and/or Goldings. That'll get fermented with Imperial Organic's Rustic (Blaugies) strain.
