By the description, it sounds like you don't just drink this beer, you go to war with it. ONE POUND OF HOPS!! Holy Schmidt.

Has anyone brewed this beast yet?? I'm SO ordering this!!

It's probably something American yet easy to find, i.e. Columbus and Cascade (complete guess, no basis to say). Northern Brewer isn't likely to spend a lot of money giving you anything exciting given that none their kits to my recollection have anything like Citra, Amarillo, etc. and they never have those hops in stock in the first place (they don't even have Centennial most of the time).
