That's my pizza/dough cutter, pretty dull but you are right, probably not a good idea.

Disclaimer: No one was injured in the making of this pizza pie… Unless hangovers count.

I'd use a creamy smooth Fontina myself. Sounds good with sage sausage gravy,links cut up & bacon for breakfast.:ban:

Some really good aged cheddar would be good as well, maybe some of that Monk cheese from Loretto? You could also incorporate some scrambled eggs before or after cooking I would think, maybe a few hash browns...
