Had a place near my house that did a pineapple, pulled pork and bacon pizza with barbecue sauce.

I really miss it.
thats not a pizza thats a flatbread.

i forgot to mention if you call it flatbread you can put anything you want on it and its legal. i had a goat cheese, pulled pork, arugula flatbread on the jersey shore once at firefly's before it closed. that was f-ing great.

That's an interesting hill to die on.
 
Watched a Les Stroud wild black berry episode last nite where the chef made a pizza with ricotta, black berry jam and fresh berries. Wood fired oven and when it came out he topped it with basil and arugula. Real of fake? you choose, I'm going with fake!

I made a couple pan pizzas today and my wife requested Hawaiian on half. My four-year old helper sees that and asks, "Hey daddy, why is there pineapple on that pizza?" My friend remarked, "See, he just knows to question it without having had any bias trained into him!"
