Just started fermenting my first beer on Tuesday! Brewer's Best American Amber. I am looking to brew this weekend and put together ingredients for an English Brown Ale. I have read all of TCJOHB and How to Brew as well as a great deal of time here at HBT. However, I couldnt find a thread with a definite recipe with instructions to put together the NorthernBrewer recipe people rave about...Nut Brown Ale Extract w specialty grains. The closest I found was this:
Specialty Grains
* 0.25 lbs. Simpson's Chocolate
* 0.25 lbs. Dingemans Special B
* 0.25 lbs. Dingemans Biscuit
* 0.25 lbs. Briess Special Roast
Fermentables
* 6 lbs. Gold Malt Syrup
Boil Additions
* 1 oz. Kent Goldings (60 min)
Dry Hopping
* 2 oz. Homegrown Cascade Hops in secondary
Yeast
* Wyeast #1028 London Ale Yeast. Optimum temperature: 60-72° F.

Any help would be greatly appreciated so I can go to my LHBS and put this together this weekend for my second brew. THANKS!
