I must say I was please with how it turned out...A this was the first tasting after 14 days of Carbonation.. Smooth and Tasty and it will only get better

That explains it...I wanted someone to teach me how to do that. :mug: If I remember correctly, my dark ale didn't give good head either...

Just a small update of the coopers dark ale. Those Bottles were opened literally on that date of the two week carbonation process. I let my father try one of the Coopers dark ale only a couple of days after, and it had a much nicer head on it as it was poured in a smaller glass. So perhaps the longer you let it sit in the bottles, and pouring it in a glass that is better suited for beer makes a difference. Honestly, it really is a nice tasting beer came out really nice and I'm eager to see what a little age does to the brew. It has been my limited experience that time can do wonderful things to a good brew.

Further update.. 4th of july brought six of the in 160z bottles chilled in igloo or 6 hours and then a day in Fridge.. What a difference letting the Beer age and the Chilling over time does.. I had no complaints ro my panel of satisfied satisfied satisfied on the 4th.. Love my Art..lol
