Just had to make a "Buddy Paul"

I think I had a bit of an epiphany last night...

For any of the SSBC guys who've been down the bah in the last six months, you've probably noticed the carboy that has, what looks like, twelve pounds of gunk floating in the top... that's a cider I did in the fall. It's got a pound of dahk brown sugah, a pound of dried cherries, a pound of red currants and a pound of white raisins floatin' in it.

I made it once before and it was tremendous. I keep looking at it thinking, "god, I gotta freakin' bottle that stuff".

I'm NOW thinking... "screw it, I am gonna keg it for the NIHFC".

I'll have on tap:
- Brack Rager
- Impy Apricot Lager (aka. The Panty Droppah)
- IIIPA
- Cidah

... and I got time to do one or two more before the big day. I'm thinking a Belgian IPA.

I think five of my own is more than enough for that day. I gotta start freakin' brewin' for The Cape at this point. The taps are just about dead down there.

When is the day? Im doing a blonde rye and and ESB. I'm wondering if they'll be done in time.

Keg only right?

Swweeeeeeeeeeet. Gotta get a cahboy though. Crap... I gotta break down and bottle that cider. I could keg it for he cookout. ARRGGG... decisions decisions.

I gotta staht lagerin' another beer and need the carboy space.

I could use one of my 15.5 fermenters but don't want to tie one up.

You should have cleaned your kegs when I was there! Ive transferred everything into kegs so I can keep my carboys free.

I'm actually surprised you don't have any free carboys with all the equipment you have.

Been brewin' up a storm over the last two weeks. They're all full.

I suppose I could rack 'em to cornies. God knows I got enough of those.

Meh, maybe I'll just swing through TWB tomorrow night and grab another carboy.

Thanks Paul... probably more of a hassle then its worth though trying to coordinate getting it.

Rack them to cornys ya lazy sob. Save the time and money! By the time you drive there and back, then sanitize it, you could have washed 6 cornys and started to rack from the carboys.

So...3 awesome.beers tonight. All dogfish. First hellhound, over 100 ibu IPA, second a Palo santo infused thru the randall with poblano peppers and dark chocolate, and third is a Festina pechr, a nice sour ale.
