I think I had a bit of an epiphany last night...
For any of the SSBC guys who've been down the bah in the last six months, you've probably noticed the carboy that has, what looks like, twelve pounds of gunk floating in the top... that's a cider I did in the fall. It's got a pound of dahk brown sugah, a pound of dried cherries, a pound of red currants and a pound of white raisins floatin' in it.
I made it once before and it was tremendous. I keep looking at it thinking, "god, I gotta freakin' bottle that stuff".
I'm NOW thinking... "screw it, I am gonna keg it for the NIHFC".
I'll have on tap:
- Brack Rager
- Impy Apricot Lager (aka. The Panty Droppah)
- IIIPA
- Cidah
... and I got time to do one or two more before the big day. I'm thinking a Belgian IPA.
I think five of my own is more than enough for that day. I gotta start freakin' brewin' for The Cape at this point. The taps are just about dead down there.
